Life4Her was founded by Dr. I-Ting Wu to make whole-person health education more practical, accessible, and connected to real life. Drawing from her background in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, public health, digital health, and wellness research, Dr. Wu brings an integrated perspective to women's wellness, caregiver support, emotional wellbeing, and healthy aging.
Life4Her 由吳怡婷博士創立,致力於讓全人健康教育更實用、更容易理解,並更貼近女性與家庭的真實生活需求。結合行為健康、精神科護理、公共衛生、數位健康與健康研究背景,吳博士以整合性的觀點,支持女性健康、照護者健康、情緒安適與健康老化。

The Whole-Person Health & Wellness Network is building a lifelong ecosystem that supports individuals, families, and communities across every stage of life — from childhood and adolescence to adulthood, caregiving, healthy aging, and beyond.
Life4Her is the first initiative within this vision, empowering women through evidence-informed education, emotional wellbeing, meaningful connection, and whole-person health.
As the network grows, additional initiatives will expand to support children, young adults, caregivers, families, workplaces, and healthy aging — creating a connected ecosystem that promotes lifelong wellness.
